Suzanne Owen

A native Californian, Suzanne (Friery) Owen was born in the Bay Area and grew up in the Greenhaven Pocket Area where she attended John F. Kennedy High School.  Suzanne graduated from the University of California Riverside where she obtained a B.S. in Economics.  She is the mother of 3 and lives in the East Roseville area.  Originally from a retail banking background, Suzanne has over ten years sales management and lending experience with Wells Fargo Bank as well as three years sales management experience with Lyon Real Estate.


Suzanne is a Master Club Life Member of Placer County Association of Realtors and has served as Past Chair of the Masters Club Committee in 2014. Her strong commitment to sales and client service has made her an invaluable asset to the Friery Owen Group at Lyon Real Estate where   she serves as the team leader.  Suzanne has consistently been praised for her communication and negotiation skills while still keeping her eye on her clients’ best interests and ultimate closing of the transaction.  

 
Suzanne in an avid softball player and sports fanatic and also enjoys community service where she is an active supporter of the American Cancer Society, the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation, and the Susan G. Komen Foundation.   She also enjoys spending time with her family and attending church.
